There are 2 separate units:
The house, which is the main accommodation, and a self-contained “annex” flat that allows everyone to find their own place and pace.
There are 5 bedrooms in all, sleeping 14. 
In the house: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom sleeping 4 (bunk beds + double bed).
In the flat: a mountain area opening onto the living room with a double bed, a triple bedroom (double bed + single bed) and a mezzanine with 2 single beds (futons) 
The living area in the house opens onto a lovely terrace for balmy summer evenings and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace for cosy winter evenings.
Both units are fully equipped, so all you have to do is enjoy.
