Co-hosting service	22% of the rental amount incl. VAT	Excluding tourist tax / other services
“Set-up” package	€5 incl. VAT / rental	Bath mat and tea towel + “basics” kit (dishwasher tablets, coffee, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, sponge…)
Supervision of minor works	5% of the cost of works
